Business Entity Formation

All business owners should consider protecting their personal assets by forming an entity to serve as a liability shield. However, the choice of an entity is often confusing, as both a limited liability company and a corporation have their own benefits. There are also tax considerations that need to be considered, such as whether or not you should file for subchapter S status with the Internal Revenue Service. I have formed several hundred entities, and for a reasonable flat fee can assist you with all of your business formation needs. This includes filing the articles of organization or incorporation; drafting an operating agreements or bylaws and initial minutes; filing for a federal identification number and/or subchapter S status; and providing you with an instructional letter that tells you how to operate your company so that it is compliant with relevant state law.
