I have provided legal representation on the purchase and sale of commercial buildings and lots, as well as private residences. As your attorney, I will draft and/or review the purchase agreement to ensure that your interests are protected, regardless of whether you are buying or selling. I will also review the survey and title commitment, review any exceptions to title insurance coverage; mark-up the title commitment for closing and remove unnecessary exceptions, review the closing statement, and assist with the preparation and review of any closing documents, such as deeds, promissory notes or deeds of trusts. In most cases, I am willing to perform all of the above for a flat fee arrangement that is cost effective.
